1. took meds
2. took supplements
3. did not take blood pressure
4. thought about what i ate before i ate it. today i ate because i was hungry but did not always make wise food choices.
5. no crunches
6. no scissor leg thingies
7. no pelvic lifts
8. exercise? not formally. but i spent hours today working in the house so at least i was active. i didn't just sit on my ass all day. my body is tired.
9. cleaned baby's room. worked on cleaning the kitchen and laundry.
10. did not weigh.
feelings and body check
body is tired. poor sleep last night. migraine.
feelings: proud of all that i got done today. in love with my wife.
