Goal Check in for Tuesday, January 19

1. took meds
2. took supplements
3. did not take blood pressure
4. thought about what i ate when i ate it but still ate crap
5. did 40 crunches
6. did 40 scissor leg thingies
7. did 40 pelvic lifts
8. started cleaning my half of the bedroom
9. did not exercise
10. did not weigh

Feelings and body check: body - tired. mild fibromyalgia flare. migraine. significant stress. heartburn. feeling the ab work and i like that.

feelings: stress. relief that we had an appt with a neuro doc for luken. nervous about upcoming MRI and anesthesia for luken. in love with my wife. feel like i don't have enough time or energy to do the things i want. frustrated that i let the weather keep me from exercising. freezing rain and napping baby. grrrrr . . .
