I've been struggling with making healthy choices and working toward my goals. When I don't have a day I'm proud of, I don't want to post. I need to post every day, even if I am not proud.
So, here's to starting over.
My goals:
1. Take meds every day
2. Take supplements daily
3. Take blood pressure daily
4. Think about my food choices when I eat. Think about why I'm eating.
5. Do 40 crunches daily
6. Do 40 scissor leg thingies daily
7. Do 40 pelvic lifts daily
8. Exercise 3 of 7 days
9. Clean one area of my home daily
1o. Weigh no more often than once a week.

Great job Heidi.....you are doing good at keeping up with your goals and I am proud of you. You don't give up. That is huge. I make a goal and decide I am going to do something, and the first time I mess up, that's it. So keep on keepin' on!
