Ok, starting in November, I weighed 225 pounds. At last weigh in, I weighed 214.
Each week, I will post my goals for the week. Each day, I will post how I met those goals that day.
So, there it is.

ReplyDeleteI like to think of it as a melting away of the past and all of its baggage and revealing the stronger and more focused me. There is a blog post that I have been working on in regards to this subject. Stay posted for it.
