Wow, this week has flown by. I can't seem to catch up.
I've been doing very well taking my meds and supplements. For the most part, I've thought about what I was eating when I ate in and have made the conscious decision to eat. That's good.
I have done some of the crunches, scissor leg thingies, and pelvic lifts but not 40 each and not each day. I exercised on Tuesday (went on a fire call - counts as exercise in my book).
I have been cleaning in the kitchen lots - cupboards, spring cleaning stuff (in January). I tidied and vacuumed the living room and swept the kitchen/dining room floor. I cleaned my half of the bathroom counter and the mirror and window in the bathroom. I've done a fair amount of laundry and have washed, folded, and put away diapers.
I have not taken my blood pressure at all.
I also have not weighed. The not weighing is actually progress.
