1. Take meds daily.
2. Take supplements daily.
3. Take blood pressure daily.
4. Think about what I'm eating and why I'm eating it when I eat it.
5. Do 40 crunches daily.
6. Do 40 scissor leg thingies daily.
7. Do 40 pelvic lifts daily.
8. Exercise 3 out of 7 days.
9. Clean one area of my daily.
10. Weigh only once.
